1. Membership
- New agents are granted a free membership period, during which they can publish a specified number of property listings.
- After the expiration of the free membership, agents must choose a subscription package (Plus, Premium, Gold) to continue listing properties.
- Users can delete their accounts at any time, resulting in the loss of all associated data.
2. Listings
- Agents can publish listings for properties that are available for sale, rent, or short-term rental.
- All listings must be accurate and not misleading; agents are responsible for the authenticity of the information provided.
3. Payments
- Payments for subscription packages will be processed through mobile money services.
- By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified fees for the chosen package.
4. User Accounts
- Users must create an account to contact agents and schedule property visits.
- It is the user’s responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential.
5. Liability
- MyPlace is not liable for any disputes between users and agents or for any inaccuracies in property listings.
- We do not endorse any agents or listings and are not responsible for the content of listings.
6. Modifications
- MyPlace reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cameroon.
